
Experience a calming, mindful way of creating by designing mandalas. Combining both mindfulness and art, this ancient art form is an excellent way to calm, center and ground yourself, and potentially become a regular practice. Little to no drawing experience needed, just an open mind. We will provide all the materials. Session will start with some history and brain science, followed by a short guided meditation, instructions and work time.
