DESCRIPTION:Join LiveWell Outreach Coordinator Justin on Tuesdays in September for a weekly walk/hike on a local Twin Ports trail.\nSept. 1: Wisconsin Point – Lot 1\, Superior\, WI\nSept. 8: Waabizheshikana: The Marten Trail\, Duluth\, MN\nSept. 15: Bear Creek Trail\, Superior\, WI (Meet at Wisconsin Point – Lot 1)\nSept. 22: Chester Park\, Chester Park Dr\, Duluth\, MN\nSept. 29: Millennium Trail\, Superior\, WI\nWe’ll walk\, visit and explore the scenery. No hiking experience is required and everyone welcome. No RSVP is necessary. Wear comfortable shoes. We’ll meet in the parking lot of the park/trail.\nThis activity is organized by LiveWell\, an initiative of the UW-Superior’s Pruitt Center for Mindfulness and Well-Being.
