DESCRIPTION:Experience a calming\, mindful way of creating by designing mandalas. Combining both mindfulness and art\, this ancient art form is an excellent way to calm\, center and ground yourself\, and potentially become a regular practice. Little to no drawing experience needed\, just an open mind. We will provide all the materials. Session will start with some history and brain science\, followed by a short guided meditation\, instructions and work time. \nThis is free. Great activity for teens and adults.
