A new science finds that a brief dose of awe benefits our brains\, hearts\, and immune systems\, counters toxic selfishness and anxiety\, and encourages greater sharing\, creativity\, and sense of common humanity. \nJoin Dacher Keltner to learn about the evolution and neurophysiology of awe\, the mental and physical health benefits and practical approaches to bringing more awe into your daily life. \n\nLearning Objectives: \n\nLearn about evolution and neurophysiology of awe\nLearn about the mental health benefits of awe\nLearn about the physical health benefits of awe\nLearn practical approaches to bringing more awe into daily life\n\n\nDacher Keltner is a Professor of Psychology at the University of California\, Berkeley\, and director of the Berkeley Social Interaction Lab.
