Hartley’s annual Candlelight Fundraiser and Trails Event returns on January 24th, 2026. Experience the magic of luminary lined ski and snowshoe trails, explore by headlamp on a fat tire bike, grab a cup of hot cocoa, and cozy up with your loved ones by a warm fire. This year’s event will also include an indoor celebration with music, locally crafted beverages, hearty appetizers and sweet treats as well as a special night out for the kids!
Event participants can choose from 3 different adventure tickets to enjoy the wonder of a winter evening in Hartley Park while supporting Hartley’s mission and programs. See ticket details and times below.

- Trails Ticket gets you full access to all the trails, recreation equipment including skis, bikes, and snowshoes, and a cozy outdoor gathering area including bonfire, warming tent and hot cocoa!
- Premier Ticket includes all the outdoor magic plus an indoor celebration of community and connection featuring hearty appetizers and sweet treats, locally crafted beverages, music, amazing raffle items, and early event and parking access.
- Kids Night Out is a special night just for kids and includes outdoor and indoor activities and pizza along with time spent with Hartley’s environmental educators.
