Burn before you feast!
Join us for a festive Turkey Burn and get your sweat on! We will mix it up with Zumba, Dance Fitness, Line Dancing, STRONG30 + + CIRCL Mobility™— the perfect combo to fire up your metabolism before the feast begins!
Do you have a child/children aged 5 + that you will bring with you in order to Burn with us? If so, we have a free craft class for them while you sweat out those calories! If you would like to donate, the craft class will be accepting donations for the food shelf.
