Friday, May 8 @ 11:00 am - 1:30 pm

  River Inn Visitor Center
A stone sign reads "Jay Cooke State Park, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources" with an illustration of a bridge and trees. It's flanked by two stone pillars, surrounded by greenery.

Set up in the River Inn Visitor Center
Rocks can tell you a story about Earth’s history if you know what to look for.
Stop in anytime with your rocks to have the naturalist help you identify them or
to learn the stories written in rock at Jay Cooke State Park. Remember, rocks
are protected and cannot be removed from inside state parks.
