Visit the free Lake Superior Estuarium for fun, family-centered exhibits that tell the story of the estuary and Superior-Duluth harbor, the largest freshwater port in the world. It’s also a perfect place to launch a boat and explore the harbor, big lake and its bays.

Stroll the Superior Public Library to view 35 murals by artist Carl Gawboy, a member of the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa, depicting local history in painted stories—from the beginning of the earth to the 20th century.
