Chiron was a master teacher that trained many. He was renowned for his knowledge of medicine, music, hunting, and prophecy. Despite his knowledge when he was wounded by an arrow, he was unable to physically heal which caused eternal agony. He eventually gave up his immortality for the freedom of Prometheus. Then Zeus placed him in the stars as the constellation Sagittarius.
