Yoga is great for your body AND your mind! Our free Evening Yoga class at the library on February 4 at 6:15 p.m. is perfect for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or expert! All poses can be modified to suit all bodies and abilities. Perfect for ages 12+. Please bring a mat if you have one.
