The Friends of the Lake Superior Reserve will be hosting their annual membership meeting (non-members and volunteers also welcome!) on Tuesday, February 10 at 5:30 pm at the Lake Superior Estuarium (3 Marina Drive, Superior, WI 54880). There will be food and beverages available during social hour, including sandwich platters and assorted beverages from Earth Rider Brewery. There will also be opportunities to engage with some of the Lake Superior Reserve staff about various projects and programs.

A full schedule of the annual meeting is below. Several guests will be in attendance, including Rebecca Hogue Wojahn, author of Saving Our Sturgeon: Protecting Wisconsin’s Ancient Fish, Anne Moser (WI Sea Grant), and representatives from the Great Lakes Aquarium. There will also be a panel on sturgeon in the state of Wisconsin and efforts to promote sturgeon populations in the St. Louis River Estuary.
